Do you offer boot rentals?
We do not offer boot rentals because our service is online, and we cannot provide on-site fitting. Proper boot fitting is crucial, so we recommend bringing your own boots. They should fit in your luggage more easily than skis.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed at the time of checkout when you select your skis and complete your purchase on our website.
When will the security deposit be refunded?
The security deposit will be refunded once the rental items are returned in good condition. However, if the skis are returned with significant damage, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit, and you will be responsible for any additional charges, if any. At the time of settlement, the round trip shipping fees will be also deducted from the deposit.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us through our contact form. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your start date. If the cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the items will be shipped as scheduled.
Where can I buy ski boots in Japan?
In major snow resort area, there are ski shops. If you stop by at Tokyo first and wish for wider selection, we recommend to visit ski shop “Vail” in Kanda district where many shops for winter sports get together in one place. Ski shop Vail has multilingual staff available to assist you.

Can you ship items to anywhere in Japan?
Yes, we ship items to anywhere in Japan, but only to accommodation facilities and ski resorts where there is a designated recipient. We do not ship to private lodging facilities without a recipient.
If your lodging does not have a recipient, please designate the ski resort you will visit on the first day. (Please note that if you choose this option, you must go to the ski resort on the first day to pick up your rental gear.)
What length of skis would be suitable for me?
The skis we rent are twin-tip, with both ends curved upwards, which reduces the contact surface with the snow. As a result, the standard length of twin-tip skis should be slightly longer than typical carving skis and should approximately match your height. For greater buoyancy in powder snow, we recommend choosing a longer ski.
How do I choose from your lineup?
All of our skis are versatile models designed to handle everything from powder snow to compacted snow. When selecting a pair, consider your preference and choose a length that matches your height. If you primarily enjoy skiing in powder snow, we recommend models with a center width of over 100mm.
Does any boot fit to your skis?
Our skis are compatible with both alpine soles and GripWalk soles, which are commonly used by most downhill skiers. However, touring boots designed specifically for backcountry hiking are not compatible with our skis. Please refer to the pictures below to see the differences.
What is boot shell size?
It is ski boot’s length and we need it for binding settings. The number is expressed in millimeters(mm) and usually enclaved in the heel of your boot.
Are the bindings adjusted for my boot shell size?
The bindings are adjusted to fit the boot shell size you provided in your application. If further adjustment is needed, you can slide the toe and heel pieces along the rail until the marker aligns with the shell size of your boots.
The bindings do not fit my boots perfectly. How can I adjust them?
You can slide both the toe and heel pieces along the rail by lifting the lever circled in the picture. Slide both pieces to match the size of your boots, as indicated on the plates. Make sure you hear a clicking sound and confirm that the bindings do not move.
How do I receive the ordered item?
Your items will be delivered to the address specified in your order form, with your name printed on the shipping label.
Please have your ID (preferably your passport) with you, as the recipient at the delivery location may ask you for identification. If you cannot locate the package upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can trace it using the tracking number.
May I redirect the delivery right before arrival because we change our hotel?
We are unable to accommodate such requests because your items are likely already in transit, and redirection could cause a delivery delay. If your new hotel is in the same area, we recommend going to the original shipping destination to pick up your items. In this case, please contact us to arrange the pick-up.
How can I extend the rental period?
We can extend your rental period if the items are available for additional days. Please contact us first from here.
My skis have been stolen. What should I do?
Please contact us first. If you are at a ski resort, please report the theft to the ski patrol first. Then, visit the local police station to file a theft report. If you submit the theft report to our company, you will be exempt from liability. Otherwise, you will be held personally liable for the lost skis.
I have damaged the skis. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action based on the extent of the damage.
