RECEIVE

We ship items to anywhere in Japan, but some restrictions are applied. See more details here.  When you pick up, please have your ID with you.

Your skis and poles are packed in a ski bag. Once you receive the package, please make sure that the items are in good condition. A user’s guide, a lock, shipping labels for return are also enclosed.

The bindings are adjusted to fit the boot shell size you provided in your application. If further adjustment is needed, see more details here.

Please do not change the release force setting (DIN). We have set it to the industry standard based on the information you provided.

ENJOY

Enjoy your skiing experience to the fullest, but prioritize safety. We strongly recommend to have insurance that covers any accidents, injuries, or damage to your equipment.

Please ensure you use the enclosed lock during the rental period. It’s a simple but effective way to prevent theft.  It happens once in a while unfortunately.

If the skis are badly damaged or stolen, please contact us immediately. See more details here

RETURN

A pre-printed return shipping label is enclosed.  The label is for freight collect (cash on delivery).  Simply place your skis, poles and lock in the bag, wrap it up as it was delivered and hand the package to Yamato (or called Black-cat), the courier serving nationwide.  Please look for this logo.

Most large hotels and ski resorts offer drop-off services for Yamato.  If your hotel does not, you can ask your hotel to call up Yamato for a pick-up. The return shipping cost will be paid by us and charged to the customer through the deposit settlement process.  If you want drop-off at other locations such as airport, please contact us beforehand.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could wipe down the skis to prevent rust before packing them up. Thank you!
